By accessing the Skyvornis platform ("Platform"), you enter into a binding cosmic agreement with Skyvornis. Your presence in our digital universe constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. Should you disagree with any provision herein, you must immediately exit the Platform and discontinue all use.
This agreement establishes the fundamental rules governing your journey through the Skyvornis cosmos and defines the relationship between you (the "Traveler") and our platform.
Access to the Skyvornis cosmic realm is restricted to individuals who have completed a minimum of 18 stellar years. By entering our platform, you affirm under penalty of immediate expulsion that you meet this age requirement and possess full legal capacity to engage in binding agreements.
Skyvornis maintains the authority to verify Traveler age through various authentication protocols at any point during your cosmic journey. Inadequate verification results in immediate access termination and permanent ban from our universe.
Skyvornis operates exclusively as a social casino entertainment platform within the digital cosmos. Our platform does not facilitate, enable, or support real-money gambling, wagering, or betting across any dimension. All gaming activities utilize virtual cosmic credits possessing zero monetary value in physical reality.
Travelers acknowledge that virtual credits, tokens, or cosmic currency cannot be purchased, exchanged, redeemed, converted, or transferred for real-world money, tangible goods, or services under any circumstances across any universe.
All Travelers must conduct themselves in accordance with cosmic law and maintain respectful, ethical behavior throughout the Skyvornis realm. Prohibited activities include: unauthorized access attempts, data extraction, automated system deployment, reverse engineering, vulnerability exploitation, or any conduct disrupting platform operations or infringing upon fellow Travelers' rights.
All Platform content, including software architecture, graphical elements, interface designs, cosmic branding, audiovisual components, and compiled data, constitutes proprietary intellectual property owned by Skyvornis or our cosmic licensors. Protection extends across international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws spanning multiple jurisdictions.
Travelers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes within our cosmic boundaries.
While Skyvornis endeavors to maintain consistent Platform availability across the cosmic timeline, we provide no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may experience temporal disruptions due to maintenance, technical phenomena, or cosmic anomalies beyond our control.
The Platform materializes on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties across any dimension, whether express, implied, or statutory. Skyvornis explicitly disclaims warranties including merchantability, fitness for cosmic purposes, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and continuous operation.
To maximum extent permitted across all jurisdictions, Skyvornis and cosmic affiliates shall not bear liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from Platform use or inability to access our cosmic realm.
You agree to indemnify and protect Skyvornis from all claims, damages, and expenses arising from: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) infringement of third-party rights; (c) Platform misuse; or (d) violation of applicable cosmic laws and regulations.
Skyvornis reserves authority to immediately terminate or suspend Traveler access without notice for any reason, including Terms violations, suspicious activities, or policy breaches. Upon termination, all licenses cease immediately.
These Terms operate under applicable laws without regard to conflict principles. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through appropriate judicial channels of competent jurisdiction.
Skyvornis maintains authority to modify these Terms across the cosmic timeline. Material changes will be communicated through Platform notifications. Continued Platform use following modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
